For certain applications Yardi Chat IQ can be a fit. If the goal is to provide high probability and common questions with simple responses, it does a fair job. Yardi Chat IQ seems to be good at pulling availability data and unit data from the PMS and providing those details to customers. However, if you push it on any additional request, it tends to fail.
Live Chat services like Yardi Chat IQ are entering the market, and if supported in the right way, but a human support team, they can perform well. We are starting to learn more about the system as our clients now have access to it. This could provide a go-to ~~~~live chat option for a lot of Yardi legacy product users.
