About the Job
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role as the face of the brand to many of our customers.
Specific responsibilities include:
- The Account Manager plays a pivotal role as the face of the brand to many of our customers
- This position reports to the Head of Sales
- Customer relationship management: Act as the primary contact for Specialty customers and selected Key Accounts – maintain relationships, answer questions, and address concerns
- Sales rep management: Manage our external sales reps, who service independent toy and gift stores, to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide them with regular communications / reporting
- Trade shows: Coordinate and attend toy industry trade shows
- Reporting: Track customer and sales rep performance, creating reports to help understand trends and grow sales
- Problem solving: Act as the “voice of the customer” to make sure their needs are met and work collaboratively to handle customer issues
- Special projects: Work with the Head of Sales on key initiatives to grow the business

- 5+ years of experience in external customer-facing roles (Sales / Account Management / Customer Service)
